Living the unimaginable
Our Story
We lost our two babies, Francis and Zoe, 11 months apart.
We have been on a journey of grieving and healing ever since.
Along the way, we met others who’ve had similar experiences, encountered people who supported us in ways we didn’t expect, and were also on the receiving end of words that made the sting of our losses even worse.
In the first few years after our losses, we learned – through our own experiences as well as others’ – what is helpful for and what is needed by those who are experiencing the unimaginable loss of a child.
We want to take what we’ve learned – along with the skills and talents we both have as professional communicators and storytellers – and build an online space where people walking through the loss of a child can find resources and support.

Who We Are
Then from five thousand throats and more there rose a lusty yell; it rumbled through the valley, it rattled in the dell. It pounded on the mountain and recoiled upon the flat, for Casey, mighty Casey, was advancing to the bat.
There was ease in Casey’s manner as he stepped into his place; there was pride in Casey’s bearing and a smile lit Casey’s face. And when, responding to the cheers, he lightly doffed his hat, no stranger in the crowd could doubt ’twas Casey at the bat.
